The Arlington office renovation involved a gut renovation of DDA Development’s office space in 2011, then an update in 2023. The Arlington Building is located on historic North Franklin Street and was built in 1910. The space features original concrete floors, decorative wall and ceiling finishes of Venetian Plaster, created by noted local artist Ron Francis. The update included new lighting, a new bar and decorative metal finishes designed by Melissa Kelly of MKSD, Inc. and produced by Modulo and Built Things, both located in Tampa.
