The Arlington office renovation involved a gut renovation of DDA’s office space within the historic Arlington Building, located on historic Franklin Street in downtown Tampa. The Arlington was built in 1910, and the space features original concrete floors, and decorative wall and ceiling finishes of Venetian Plaster, created by Ron Francis, a noted local Tampa artist. The space also features many custom pieces crafted by Built, a local Tampa furniture company.
